Student Connect

There are over 3,400 identified students in the San Juan School District who are currently without permanent housing; many are or are at risk of becoming homeless. Their ages rage from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Student Connect, is a one-day, one-stop event to provide services and support for vulnerable students and families in our community.

Students and their families can come have fun and receive services such as mental and physical healthcare, financial assistance, housing assistance, school enrollment, clothing and hygiene items and so much more. With most of these services located in the greater Sacramento area, it is sometimes challenging for children and their families to have easy access. Student Connect seeks to change that.
